Stripe Subscriptions & Invoices

Stripe is where your subscriptions and invoices actually live, but that data rarely makes it into HubSpot. This integration pulls it in automatically, so your sales and CS teams can see a contact's billing status without ever opening Stripe.

What it does

How it works

Connect Stripe Add a restricted, read-only Stripe API key scoped to Subscriptions, Invoices and Customers. Nothing else is requested.
Connect HubSpot Add a HubSpot private app token so the integration can read and update contact records.
We match your contacts Stripe customers are matched to HubSpot contacts by email automatically. Anything that isn't a clean match lands in a review queue instead of being guessed.
HubSpot stays current On the interval you set, subscription and invoice data refreshes automatically — no manual CSV exports, no stale numbers in a deal call.

Data & privacy

This integration only reads what it needs from Stripe (subscriptions, invoices, customers) and only touches HubSpot contact records it has matched. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
