These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between Product Factory for Scaleups ("Product Factory", "we", "us") and the organization or individual using one of our HubSpot integrations ("Customer", "you"). By installing or using an integration, you agree to these Terms.
Product Factory provides integrations that connect HubSpot to third-party platforms (for example, Stripe). Each integration reads data from the connected platform on a schedule and writes a defined, limited set of data into HubSpot, as described on that integration's own page.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the credentials (API keys, access tokens) you provide, for keeping them current, and for who on your team has access to the integration's admin console. You can revoke access at any time by removing the connected credentials.
Where an integration is marked as private beta or pilot, it may change, break, or be withdrawn with shorter notice than a generally available product, and is provided primarily so we can validate it with real usage before a public marketplace listing. We'll tell you about material changes that affect your data or access.
You agree not to use the integration to access data you're not authorized to access, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it in a way that violates the terms of the platforms it connects to (including Stripe's and HubSpot's own terms of service).
What data we access and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't currently commit to a formal uptime SLA. Support is provided by email at hello@product-factory.com.

Either party may stop using/providing the service at any time. On termination, we'll stop syncing your data and will delete data we hold on your behalf within a reasonable period, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and will tell active pilot customers directly about material changes.
